Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a shallow, wide bowl or plate, pour the extra virgin olive oil.
- Evenly sprinkle the minced garlic, oregano, red pepper flakes, black pepper, and sea salt over the oil.
- Add the fresh parsley and lemon zest, gently swirling the bowl to combine the ingredients without stirring them into the oil completely.
- Let the dip sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve immediately with warm, sliced crusty bread for dipping.
