For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) crescent roll dough
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent roll dough and press it evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, beat together the cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Spread the mixture over the dough layer.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent roll dough and lay it on top of the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Mix the remaining 1/2 cup of sugar with cinnamon and sprinkle evenly over the top layer.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes, until the top is golden brown. Let it cool before slicing.
