For the Crust:
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, half of the sugar, the egg, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Layer half of the crescent rolls on the bottom of the dish, spread the cream cheese mixture, and top with the other half of the crescent rolls.
- Combine the remaining sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle evenly over the top crust.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
