- In a bowl, mix flour and baking powder. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar until creamy. Gradually add the flour mixture, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan, bake for 25-30 minutes. Let cool, then sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
