For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 325Β°F (160Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs with 1/4 cup sugar and press into the bottom of the pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese with remaining 1/2 cup sugar until smooth, pour over crust, and bake for 30 minutes.
