Ingredients
12 classic ice cream sandwiches
1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (cooled to room temp)
1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
1/4 cup mini chocolate chips or sprinkles
Crushed cookies, nuts, or candies for garnish (optional)
Instructions
1. Unwrap 6 ice cream sandwiches and place them in a single layer in a 9Γ13-inch baking dish.
2. Spread half of the whipped topping evenly over the first layer.
3. Drizzle half of the fudge sauce and caramel (if using) over the whipped topping.
4. Repeat with the remaining 6 sandwiches, remaining whipped topping, and sauces.
5. Sprinkle the top with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, or other garnishes.
6. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and freeze for at least 3 hours or until firm.
7. Slice and serve directly from the freezer. Keep leftovers frozen.
Notes
