- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and minced garlic.
- Place carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey garlic butter, and toss to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
