Tender roasted carrots glazed with a delicious honey garlic butter sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, honey, and minced garlic.
  3. Place carrots on a baking sheet, drizzle with honey garlic butter, and toss to coat. Roast for 25-30 minutes until tender.
