Instructions

1. In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.

3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and creamy.

4. Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan, drizzle half of the fudge, and sprinkle half of the peanut butter cups.

5. Repeat with remaining mixture, fudge, and peanut butter cups.

6. Use a knife to gently swirl the fudge through the mixture.

7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
