Moose Tracks Ice Cream is a no-churn dessert featuring a vanilla ice cream base swirled with thick fudge ribbons and loaded with mini peanut butter cups. Every scoop is creamy, rich, and absolutely indulgent.
Ingredients
2 cups heavy whipping cream
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
¾ cup hot fudge sauce, slightly warmed
1 cup mini peanut butter cups (chopped if large)
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, beat the cold heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
2. In another bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the condensed milk mixture until smooth and creamy.
4. Pour half the mixture into a loaf pan, drizzle half of the fudge, and sprinkle half of the peanut butter cups.
5. Repeat with remaining mixture, fudge, and peanut butter cups.
6. Use a knife to gently swirl the fudge through the mixture.
7. Cover and freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight until firm.
Notes
Use high-quality fudge sauce for best texture and flavor.
Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping for easier serving.
You can use a lined loaf pan or a freezer-safe container with a lid.
