These mini key lime pies are a refreshing and tangy dessert perfect for any occasion without the need to bake.

For the Crust:

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup key lime juice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Key lime zest for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix well until the texture is sandy.
  2. Press the crumb mixture firmly into the bottom of mini tart pans to form a crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold into the lime mixture.
  5. Pour the lime mixture into the prepared crusts and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  6. Garnish with key lime zest before serving.
