Grilled Flank Steak with Balsamic Soy Marinade

A savory and flavorful marinated flank steak, grilled to perfection with a balsamic soy marinade.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
  • 1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/3 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Place the flank steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  3. Preheat a grill to medium-high heat. Remove steak from marinade and grill for 5-7 minutes on each side, or until desired doneness. Let the steak rest for around 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
