Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush the chicken breasts with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked, then let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- In a large bowl, combine the salad greens, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and avocado.
