  • 2 large aubergines, sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
  • 1 1/2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Layer the sliced aubergines in a baking dish, covering with marinara sauce and mozzarella cheese.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let it cool slightly before serving.
