For the Crust:

  • 1 box of German chocolate cake mix
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F and prepare a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
  2. Bake the cake according to package instructions. Let it cool slightly before rolling.
  3. Unroll the cake and spread a mixture of sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans. Re-roll and chill.
