Garlic Parmesan Crusted Chicken

A delicious and flavorful chicken dish with a crispy garlic-parmesan crust.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a shallow dish, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Brush each chicken breast with olive oil and then press into the breadcrumb mixture until evenly coated.
  4. Place coated chicken breasts onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
