Garlic Parmesan Chicken and Potatoes

A delicious and savory dish where tender chicken breasts are baked with crispy potatoes topped with garlic and parmesan.

For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups diced potatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the chicken breasts and diced potatoes to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Place the chicken and potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
