Description
Tender, juicy steak bites seared in a rich garlic butter sauce, served over twisted pasta coated in a creamy, spicy Cajun Alfredo sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 12 oz twisted pasta (such as cavatappi or fusilli)
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the pasta cooks, pat the steak bites dry and season generously with salt, pepper, and half of the Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Add the steak bites in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter to the same skillet. Once melted, add the garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream, remaining Cajun seasoning, and red pepper flakes. Bring to a gentle simmer, then whisk in the parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak bites back to the skillet. Toss everything until well coated in the sauce and heated through.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
