For the Crust:

  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Spoon the cooked shrimp and garlic butter over the prepared rice. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
