Garlic Butter Meatballs with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Tender meatballs cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, served atop a bed of creamy parmesan pasta.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and return to pan with heavy cream, 1/2 cup parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until sauce thickens.
  4. Top the pasta with cooked meatballs and serve.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
