Tender meatballs cooked in a rich garlic butter sauce, served atop a bed of creamy parmesan pasta.

For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 1/4 cup parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Form into meatballs.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan over medium heat. Cook meatballs until browned and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and return to pan with heavy cream, 1/2 cup parmesan, garlic powder, and salt. Stir until sauce thickens.
- Top the pasta with cooked meatballs and serve.
