For the Crust:
- 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 ounces pasta of choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the chicken pieces. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. SautΓ© until fragrant, then add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add it to the parmesan sauce, tossing to coat the pasta.
- Return the chicken pieces to the skillet, combining with the pasta and sauce. Serve warm.
