Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Succulent chicken bites coated in garlic butter sauce, served over a bed of creamy parmesan pasta for a comforting and delicious meal.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 ounces pasta of choice
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the chicken pieces with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter and add the chicken pieces. Cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of butter and minced garlic. SautΓ© until fragrant, then add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  4. Meanwhile, cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and add it to the parmesan sauce, tossing to coat the pasta.
  5. Return the chicken pieces to the skillet, combining with the pasta and sauce. Serve warm.
