For the Crust:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Cook the chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. SautΓ© until the garlic is fragrant, about 1 minute.
- While the garlic is cooking, prepare the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain the noodles and toss them in the garlic butter sauce. Serve the chicken breasts sliced over the buttered noodles.
