For the Crust:

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced
  • 250g linguine pasta
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
  3. Add the sliced chicken to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, and cook until the sauce thickens, stirring frequently.
  5. Add the cooked linguine to the skillet and toss to coat with the sauce.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
