For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp sage
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, dried cranberries, parsley, chicken broth, egg, thyme, sage, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into golf-ball sized balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
