Ferrero Rocher Chocolate Flan

A decadent fusion dessert combining the rich flavors of Ferrero Rocher chocolates with the silky smoothness of traditional flan.


Ingredients

For the Crust:

  • 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the sugar until it turns a deep amber color to make caramel.
  3. Pour the caramel into a flan mold, tilting to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. In a blender, combine Ferrero Rocher chocolates, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the caramel in the flan mold.
  6. Place the filled mold in a larger baking dish and pour hot water into the dish until it reaches halfway up the sides of the flan mold.
  7. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until the center is set.
  8. Allow it to cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
