For the Crust:
- 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Roast for 20-25 minutes until soft.
- Remove from oven, top each with blue cheese and walnuts, and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
