A simple yet elegant dessert or appetizer featuring roasted pears topped with blue cheese, walnuts, and a drizzle of honey.

For the Crust:

  • 4 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Place the pear halves in a baking dish, cut side up. Roast for 20-25 minutes until soft.
  3. Remove from oven, top each with blue cheese and walnuts, and drizzle with honey. Serve warm.
