For the Crust:
- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup Halloween-themed sprinkles or candy
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Let it boil for 3 minutes without stirring.
- Pour the caramel mixture evenly over the crackers. Bake for 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the top. Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread the melted chocolate evenly.
- Top with Halloween sprinkles or candy. Let cool completely, then break into pieces.
