For the Crust:

  • 1 lb ground chicken
  • 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mushrooms, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  3. Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized loaves and place on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
