For the Crust:
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup finely chopped mushrooms
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet.
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, mushrooms, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, egg, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
- Shape the mixture into 4 equal-sized loaves and place on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165Β°F (74Β°C).
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
