For the Crust:

  • 4 cups sliced potatoes
  • 1 packet French onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Layer the sliced potatoes in a baking dish and sprinkle with the French onion soup mix.
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil, sprinkle with cheese, and bake for an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
