For the Crust:

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup blueberry preserves

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, pressing mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla and sour cream until just combined.
  4. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Bake for 30 minutes or until the center is set.
  5. Allow the cheesecake to cool, then spread blueberry preserves evenly over the top.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
