A tangy and creamy cheese ball infused with dill pickle goodness, perfect for parties or as a delicious snack.

For the Crust:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
  • 2 tablespoons pickle juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed pretzels

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
  3. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in crushed pretzels until evenly coated. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
