For the Crust:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup finely chopped dill pickles
- 2 tablespoons pickle juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup crushed pretzels
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, dill pickles, pickle juice, fresh dill, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in crushed pretzels until evenly coated. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
