A deliciously crispy potato gratin with a cheesy blend of Parmesan and Gruyere.

For the Crust:

  • 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, cream, Gruyere, Parmesan, and garlic.
  3. Season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
