For the Crust:
- 2 pounds potatoes, thinly sliced
- 1 cup cream
- 1 cup grated Gruyere cheese
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced potatoes, cream, Gruyere, Parmesan, and garlic.
- Season each layer with salt and pepper. Bake for 30 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
