For the Crust:
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Marinate the chicken drumsticks in buttermilk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper for at least 1 hour.
- Remove chicken from the marinade, coat in flour, drizzle with olive oil, and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
