A deliciously spicy and crispy beef dish perfect for dinner.

For the Crust:
- 500g beef steak, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chilli sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Coat the beef strips in cornstarch until well covered.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the beef until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, sautΓ© garlic and ginger until fragrant, then add bell pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, rice vinegar, and honey to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Return the beef to the pan and toss everything together until the beef is well coated with the sauce.
- Garnish with spring onions before serving.
