A delicious fusion roll combining crispy chicken, creamy avocado, and fresh cucumber, wrapped in sushi rice and nori.

For the Crust:
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 sheets nori
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 200g chicken breast, cut into sticks
- 1 cup tempura batter
- Oil for frying
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- Dip chicken sticks into tempura batter and fry until golden and crispy. Let drain on paper towels.
- Place a sheet of nori on a sushi mat, spread a thin layer of rice on top, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- Flip over the nori so the rice is on the bottom, and line the center with avocado, cucumber, and 2-3 pieces of crispy tempura chicken.
- Roll tightly using the sushi mat, slice into pieces, and serve with soy sauce.
