For the Crust:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 lb gnocchi
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  3. Add gnocchi to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
