For the Crust:
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add gnocchi to the skillet, cover, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir in spinach, heavy cream, and Parmesan cheese. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, until the sauce thickens and the spinach wilts. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
