Ingredients
Basic Strawberry Banana Smoothie:
1 ripe banana
1/2 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup milk (or almond milk)
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Tropical Mango Pineapple Smoothie:
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1 tablespoon chia seeds
Berry Protein Smoothie:
1/2 cup mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 banana
Instructions
1. Add all ingredients for your chosen smoothie to a blender.
2. Blend on high until completely smooth and creamy, about 30β45 seconds.
3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness with more milk or fruit as needed.
4. Pour into a glass and serve immediately.
5. Optional: garnish with fresh fruit, mint, or seeds.
Notes
For extra creaminess, use frozen fruit and full-fat yogurt.
Add ice for a colder, thicker consistency.
