An indulgent, silky cheesecake infused with rich coffee flavor and topped with a smooth coffee glaze.

For the Crust:

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (165Β°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese and 1 cup sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, blending thoroughly. Mix in cooled coffee and vanilla. Pour over crust.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
