For the Crust:
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
- 6 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
- Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook in the bacon grease until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and ranch dressing. Stir over medium heat until well combined and slightly thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until everything is coated in the sauce and the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
