For the Crust:

  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
  • 6 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside, leaving the bacon grease in the skillet.
  3. Season the diced chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook in the bacon grease until no longer pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and ranch dressing. Stir over medium heat until well combined and slightly thickened.
  5. Add the cooked pasta, chicken, bacon, and shredded cheddar cheese to the skillet. Stir until everything is coated in the sauce and the cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
