Ingredients
2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding mix
2 cups cold milk
1 (8 oz) block cream cheese, softened
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (8 oz) tub whipped topping, thawed
4 cups sliced ripe bananas
1 box vanilla wafers
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until thickened. Set aside.
2. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk and mix until well combined.
3. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese mixture, then gently fold in half of the whipped topping.
4. In a 9Γ13 dish or trifle bowl, layer vanilla wafers, banana slices, and cheesecake pudding mixture.
5. Repeat layers until ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of pudding on top.
6. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish with crushed wafers or banana slices if desired.
7. Chill at least 4 hours or overnight before serving for best flavor and texture.
Notes
Use firm, ripe bananas to prevent them from becoming mushy in the pudding.
