Creamy Cajun Lobster Pasta

A rich and flavorful pasta dish with succulent lobster meat and a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce.

For the Crust:

  • 2 lobster tails
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, sautΓ© for 1 minute.
  3. Add lobster meat and cook until opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  4. Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, toss well to coat. Serve with parsley garnish.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
