A rich and flavorful pasta dish with succulent lobster meat and a creamy Cajun-spiced sauce.

For the Crust:
- 2 lobster tails
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and Cajun seasoning, sautΓ© for 1 minute.
- Add lobster meat and cook until opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, stir until melted and sauce thickens. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine cooked pasta with the sauce, toss well to coat. Serve with parsley garnish.
