For the Crust:

  • 2 chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200g rigatoni pasta
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, toss the chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
  3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic, and sautΓ© until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
