For the Crust:
- 2 chicken breasts, diced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 200g rigatoni pasta
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the rigatoni pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, toss the chicken with Cajun seasoning. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken until golden and cooked through.
- Reduce the heat to medium, add the garlic, and sautΓ© until fragrant. Pour in the heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked rigatoni to the skillet, mixing well to coat the pasta. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with parsley before serving.
