For the Crust:

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cubed
  • 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until salmon is flaky and shrimp turns pink, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
  4. Add the cooked pasta, salmon, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
