For the Crust:
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1/2 lb salmon fillet, cubed
- 1/2 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add salmon cubes and shrimp, seasoning with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook until salmon is flaky and shrimp turns pink, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked pasta, salmon, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss gently to coat everything in the creamy Alfredo sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
