A comforting and creamy soup that combines the flavors of Alfredo sauce and the classic lasagna.

For the Crust:
- 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil, for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- In a large pot, cook the broken lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and garlic powder. Cook until the chicken is browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer, then stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked lasagna noodles back to the pot. Season with salt and pepper, and simmer for a few more minutes to heat through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.
