- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For coating: 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 1/2 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped dried cranberries, chopped pecans, garlic powder, and salt.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- In a shallow dish, combine the additional chopped pecans and dried cranberries for coating.
- Roll the chilled cheese ball in the pecan-cranberry mixture until fully coated.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
Notes
This cheese ball can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
