- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced

- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cilantro for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Heat a pot over medium heat and add the garlic and ginger, sautΓ©ing until fragrant.
- Add the chicken broth, coconut milk, and red bell pepper. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp and lime juice, cooking until shrimp are opaque and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat, garnish with cilantro, and serve hot.
