A delightful fusion of creamy cheesecake and cinnamon-sugar churro flavoring in bar form.

For the Crust:

  • 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ—13 inch baking dish.
  2. Unroll one can of crescent rolls, press into the bottom of the prepared dish, and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread mixture over the layer of crescent rolls.
  4. Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and layer it over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Pour melted butter over the top and evenly sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.

Notes

You can customize the seasonings to taste.
