For the Crust:
- 2 cans (8 oz each) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9Γ13 inch baking dish.
- Unroll one can of crescent rolls, press into the bottom of the prepared dish, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract. Spread mixture over the layer of crescent rolls.
- Unroll the second can of crescent rolls and layer it over the cream cheese mixture.
- Pour melted butter over the top and evenly sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup sugar mixed with cinnamon.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden and set. Cool completely in the dish before cutting into bars.
