Ingredients
Β½ cup unsalted butter, softened
8 oz cream cheese, softened
β cup brown sugar
β cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
Β½ tsp salt
ΒΎ cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, beat softened butter and cream cheese together until smooth and fluffy.
2. Add brown sugar, powdered sugar, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.
3. Fold in mini chocolate chips.
4. Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 20 to 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve with pretzels, graham crackers, fruit, or cookies.
Notes
Make sure cream cheese and butter are fully softened for a smooth dip.
Add a scoop of peanut butter or Nutella for a fun twist.
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
