For the Crust:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and flour a 9Γ13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a separate bowl. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, alternating with the milk. Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
