For the Crust:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked, then remove from the skillet.
- In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they are browned, then stir in the heavy cream, Asiago cheese, and mustard. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
