For the Crust:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Asiago cheese

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken over medium heat until golden brown and fully cooked, then remove from the skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add the mushrooms and cook until they are browned, then stir in the heavy cream, Asiago cheese, and mustard. Cook until the sauce is thickened.
