For the Crust:
- 200g linguine pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook the linguine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season the chicken slices with Cajun seasoning. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat, then add the chicken. Cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sautΓ© briefly. Lower the heat, pour in the heavy cream, and stir in mozzarella cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth. Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
