For the Crust:
- 8 oz spaghetti
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
- Stir in milk and heavy cream, then slowly add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth.
- Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, mixing well until coated.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
