For the Crust:

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
  3. Add ground beef to the skillet, season with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in milk and heavy cream, then slowly add Parmesan, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese, stirring until smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked spaghetti with the sauce, mixing well until coated.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.
